Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a GMO Programmer in Basel for 6 months. This is a global pharmaceutical company with the headquarters in Switzerland. They are well-known for their ability in pioneering science. They operate an open-minded environment, particularly within clinical study teams. This is an international, English-speaking environment.This position requires the following skills:
Streamlining demand calculation:
- Automation of RAF adjustments to expedite demand calculation
- Build exception reports to streamline demand calculation
- Perform investigation into RAF capabilities (incl. algorithm) to determine whether RAF is refined, or replaced
Enhancing reporting capabilities:
- Development of dashboards and data visualization (HC - FSP performance, Own recruitment and attrition, vacancy measurement etc)
- Develop/build a recruitment/tracking database to streamline IPP process and integrate the recruitment process directly to the forecast (on time data capture)
- Develop macros which build tables, shells and data visualization for ppt. presentations
- Further enhancements following the determination of bandwidth
- Quarterly KPIs
This position entitles these main duties:
- The role will be supporting the Director of Operations and GMO Operations in the development/refinement of in-house systems to enable GMO Operations to work more efficiently.
- The candidate needs to be an expert in Excel (incl. advanced macros development), Visual Basic Programming, SQL, Access Database programming and data visualization and must add-value to the current teams portfolio of advance technology skills
