Description
- Discuss daily safety, regulatory and production activities with operators.
- Provide 24/7 availability for emergencies and production upsets.
- Prepare Daily Production Report activity and downtime summary.
- Discuss Well performance with Production and Reservoir Engineers.
- Review plans with offshore operators and monitor lease operating expenses.
- Discuss major maintenance and downtime activities with Production Supervisors.
- Oversee Contract operating personnel performance.
- Liaison between offshore operators, and management and technical staff.
- Approve field purchase orders, call out orders and approve invoices for payment.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and provide information for USCG, ABS and BOEME/BSEE reports.
- Assist in planning platform activities; slick line, coil tubing, well work-overs, construction, and sub-sea inspections.
- Periodically attend Production, HSE, Procurement, Drilling, and Project meetings.
- Meet with and perform technical evaluation of vendors and service companies.
- Monitor performance of contractors; catering, chemical, mechanical services, etc.
- Maintain valid and update contracts with qualified vendors,
- On call as needed for weekend production reports and unforeseen occurrences.
- Visit platforms on a regular basis and quarterly meetings with field employees.
- Prepare information monthly for the Marketing sales forecast.
- Participate as department representative for HSE and Compliance audits.
- Continue training on new technology.
