Description
An opportunity has become available for a QC Analyst to join the QC department of a pharmaceutical company in North Dublin for a 10 month Contract.Main responsibilities:
- Calibration and maintenance of all QC analytical and supporting equipment, mainly HPLC and GC
- Control incoming raw materials required for all manufacturing activities.
- Analytical testing of pharmaceutical raw materials, bulk samples and finished products
- Assist with routine laboratory activities such as monthly cleaning, equipment calibrations, ordering of laboratory supplies, stocking of laboratory, and reagent preparation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Chemistry or similar scientific related discipline.
- Hands on experience in a QC role required.
- Previous experience in HPLC
- Experience of working in accordance to GMP
