My client is a dynamic, fast-growing, fast-paced Digital Agency.

Below is Job Specification the client has given:

Key Skills/Qualifications:
* Have experience in owning the planning, coordination, and communication during the project lifecycle for large enterprise customers and projects.
* Have experience in a wide spectrum of project activities from pre sales and project/product requirements to UX design, technical architecture and solution development.
* Have a strong technical background and be very comfortable communicating business requirements to on and offshore development teams as well as creative problem solving
* Be more than a SharePoint power user. You are an EXPERT bringing a solid understand of how SharePoint works and how to manipulate it to build solutions for clients.
* Broad knowledge of the difference between SharePoint products with OOB capabilities and its requirements for customization.
* Experience using SP Designer, SharePoint Excel Service API, Web Content Management, Records Management, Documents Management and Information Rights Management.
* Familiar with complementary technologies such as SQL Server, Windows Server and IIS.
* Familiar with how to configure InfoPath Forms and how to generate various reusable custom ASP.NET AJAX enabled controls and use them to display dynamic content
* You have the ability to adapt quickly and can't wait to learn cutting edge technology. Your passion for new product design and development is evident to clients.

Our Ideal Candidate Would:
* Have 4-6 years enterprise SharePoint project management with several years consultancy experience. * Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills who knows customer service is a first priority but "push-back" isn't a four letter word
* Not just communicate, they would lead the conversation
* Have experience in technical documentation, business requirements, functional specs and business development
* Have expertise in accurately scoping, managing and delivering large, service-oriented web applications, CMS/ECM or online publishing system features on time and on budget Be able to run multiple small-medium projects in parallel
* Be a self-starter with strong leadership potential and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

Typical Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage the project goals, scope and teams to ensure overall project success; including ownership of customer satisfaction and Nayamode financial goals
* Lead cross functional teams in the development and successful completion of small through large scale initiatives across a diverse set of projects including strategy, UX design and application development
* Participate in the presales process by reviewing project proposals, SOW's, risk and ensuring alignment with Nayamode priorities to achieve project success and, most importantly, customer satisfaction.
* Provide weekly internal status reporting across financial and non-financial project metrics-often through our PMO system
* Develop and proactively manage project plans including scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and issues management
* Constantly monitor progress against the overall project plan, leading the team toward successful completion

Rate: £500 per day
