ITIL Expert and Reporting Specialist / Service Management- This contract opportunity is to drive and improve Service Operations, Service Measurements and KPI reporting. You will work closely with technical teams, business users and stakeholders to identify issues and develop effectiveness and efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities;
  • Gather requirements and define Service Operations measurements and KPI's
  • Define Service reporting strategy and service measurement methodology
  • Develop Service Operations master data management
  • Implement reporting framework
  • Create governance and controls for future framework


Skills and Experience;
  • Must have experience setting up and providing services and solutions (Service Management and KPI reporting)
  • Strong background in Service Management processes and continual improvement
  • ITIL experience is essential (certification is highly desirable)
  • SQL and data modelling skills
  • Understanding of IT architectures and modelling techniques (UML, Erwin)
  • English is essential
