Our client is a major UK plc involved with a group wide transformation programme. We are now looking for a Finance Analyst to join the project team in Basingstoke - you must have previous programme/project experience in a similar environment.
Main Purpose of the Job
To manage the financial administration for the Programme in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
To provide a professional administrative service to the Programme management team.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Management of the procure-to pay process for goods and services
- Management of timesheet processes
- Programme headcount management and reporting
- Management of contract resource renewals process
- Support transactional programme procurement
- Invoice tracking/payment process management
- Support sourcing and on-boarding of new staff
- Day-to-day central services and general administrative support to the Programme Management Team
- Programme specific administration activities as required
Person Specification/Qualifications
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial, recruitment and procurement processes
- Professional, customer focused and flexible approach
- Experience of Back Office processing system and associated processes - Oracle ERP an advantage
- Excellent MS Office skills - Excel & Outlook
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, self motivated, outgoing and delivery focused
