Commercial Manager - London - £640
A major retail bank requires a Commercial Manager to join a major divestment programme based in London.
Working with a team accountable for end to end commercial oversight for provision of transitional services, your main role will be to support the optimisation of the overall commercial position and manage resolution of disputes and claims.
Key accountabilities include:

Commercial management of IT and Operational service contracts provided on a transitional basis to divested financial entities

Review and approval of client change project work orders
-
Analysis and approval of service credit payments
-
Recording, analysis and management of formal dispute resolution (run and change)

Analysis and resolution of liability claims
-
Demand forecast review and management
-
Management of periodic service charging reviews
-
Development of commercial propositions
The following key skills and experience are required:
-
Practical experience of commercial financial management
-
Significant role in major outsourcing contracts as a part of provider or client team

Excellent collaborative skills with ability to influence and work with diverse stakeholders in a Matrix environment

Practical deployment of complex contracts for IT and business services
-
Demonstrable experience of managing client claims and resolving disputes
