Description
For a client of ours in the financial industry, we are looking for a Contact and Operational Risk Analyst.
Start date: September 1, 2014
Duration: 6 months
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Languages: English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is preferable
- You will represent the department Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) in the different Risk & Governance bodies (Preparation of TOPS dashboard reports and ICC report (based on Bank ICC/TOPS OPC calendar) and presentation of these reports in I&O MT and MIT).
- You will assess and mitigate I&O Process Operational Risks
- You will collect, analyse, quantify, mitigate, register Historic and Potential Incidents
- You will analyse, derive and implement group and local compliancy and business procedures into I&O processes
- You will implement and run IT Production, Security, Compliance, GovernanceControl Plans and register results.
- You will follow-up actions related to internal and external audits recommendations
- You will participate to several projects in the Risk Management like Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
Education: Bachelor or Master or equivalent by experience
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in IT process management with deep focus in operational risks management.
- Stakeholder management
- Technical experience: You can get a good oversight over an IT business activity in order to identify the key risks.
- Sound knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000) is a plus.
