SAP HR PY Consultant Needed:

Duration: 6 months + Ext
Location: Lyon, France
Languages: French and English
The France SAP HR/Payroll Business Analyst will support execution of our Global Payroll & Time Strategy. This role is responsible for partnering with the local and global payroll and time process owners and HR Technology partners for the successful deployment of SAP Payroll in France.
The specific responsibilities of this role are to:
Gather business requirements related to system, process, data and/or reporting
Analyze business requirements to determine system configuration alternatives in partnership with the regional and global project team
Configure SAP and perform testing based on information obtained on local policies and practices related to selected payroll and time processes
Write functional/technical design specifications for interfaces to/from SAP and custom SAP programs as needed
Manage and assist in business and integration testing
Provide input on training to key business power users
Provide input on change management and communication approach and material
Provide ongoing support for specific project implementation tasks
Partner with local and global team members to resolve operational and data issues throughout implementation
