Senior Contract Manager required to work with financial services client based in London.

The role of the Senior Contracts Manager is to ensure that all stakeholders are appropriately engaged and agree to changes to contracts, and that such changes are maintained consistent with strategic and contract intent.

Leadership of a small team of contract managers to manage contract changes for a number of material transitional outsource services provided to divested financial entities
Contractual change analysis, authoring and negotiation of contract changes proposed by client or provider
Engagement of internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual drafts and agreed service capability
Liaison with clients on contractual matters, ensuring timely review and approval of variations
Serve as the point of contact for service provision units on contractual matters, providing practical interpretation on contract content, and knowledge transfer in contracting practices and procedures
Delivery of agreed contractual events relating to contract development
