EA/Executive Assistant
Fantastic opportunity to join a telecommunications company as an EA/Executive Assistant, reporting into the Managing Director on a contract basis. Previous experience of PA or EA is essential for the role.
General day to day responsibilities include:
- Diary Management
- Monitoring the MD inbox
- Assisting with the management of outstanding approvals
- Attending meetings
- Minute taking
- Producing documents including letters and spreadsheets
- Maintaining organisation chart
- Producing monthly expense claims
- Answering the telephone
The role could become permanent following a successful 3 month contract period.
