Are you an experienced interim HR Business Partner who is available to start a new assignment week commencing 4th or 11th August?

My client, a pharmaceutical business, is seeking a HR Business Partner to support their UK division whilst they recruit for a permanent person. This is an initial 3 month contact to start and interview immediately.

You will take responsibility for all HR related matters from recruitment and disciplinaries to consultations, coaching managers and ER cases for a division consisting of around 80 employees

You will need to be extremely hands on in your approach as there is no administration support so you will be responsible for your own letters and administration. You will also need to be CIPD qualified and have excellent employment law knowledge.

This is a highly fast paced, driven and growing part of the business in need of an exceptional HR Business Partner
