Description
My client, an energy trading company based in Bedfont Lakes, West London, has an urgent requirement for a SAP SRM Deployment Manager.
The SAP SRM Deployment Manager must have the following experience and knowledge:

At least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP SRM

At least 7 years' experience in deploying SAP solutions

Thorough understanding of all activity within project workstreams (eg process, data, change)

Experience of working in large organizations with complex organizational and technical landscapes

Hands on experience, knowledge and capabilities of deploying SAP SRM to the business
-
Functional knowledge of SAP SRM
-
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
-
Change Management experience and capabilities
-
Possess a consultative and collaborative style
-
Capable of delivering high quality deployment documentation eg dashboards, reports, cut over plans, registers and tracking logs

Ability to focus on plans, targets, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies

Ability to communicate effectively

Organizational influence and relationship management
-
Abilities and confidence in managing activities with conflicting priorities
-
Experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting and Project Management methodologies

Experience in managing a cross functional team of project resources
