On-Boarding Manager/SWIFT/SEPA
Key Skills:
- Experience in project management and IT service delivery within the financial technology sector.
- Experience of SWIFT and SEPA would be definite asset
- A proven track record of relationship/stakeholder management, the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and directly influence them
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good judgment, tact and discretion
- English mandatory, French would be an advantage
About the role:
- Ensuring effective internal relationships with various business areas such as Hosting, Infrastructure & Operations, Sales, and others, whilst delivering an efficient handover to the appropriate teams post implementation for an online payments system
- Ensuring effective external relationships throughout the onboarding process and acting as escalation point of contact to the business during the implementation process.
- Project management of all involved parties including Vendors, Clients and internal departments to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process
