Customer Support in English AND French AND Dutch / Flemish (ref. 2812FM)


Your responsibilities:
- Support in English AND French AND Dutch / Flemish (spoken/written)
- Processing of Incidents in the IT support
- Troubleshooting and finding solutions
- Escalation of IT failures to 2nd Level
- Ensuring support in accordance with the SLA
- Extension of the knowledge database
- Documentation of the process in English

Your Skills:
- Completed IT training or comparable qualification
- At least 1 year experience in technical customer support
- Good knowledge in Windows XP-7
- Good knowledge in MS Office including MS Outlook

Must-have:
- Very good English AND French AND Dutch / Flemish language skills (spoken/written)

Nice-to-have:
- Basic IT-network skills
- Basic knowledge in Backup technologies
- Basic knowledge in methods for software distribution
