Description
In this role, you will be in charge of facilitating specification review meetings with business end-users from operations, compliance, trading, etc. to capture business requirements and translate into written specifications / technical designs; in addition you will be responsible for performing analysis related to data requirements, process / flows and document solutions in order to identify and document gaps and inefficiencies and recommend solutions.Requirements:
* 7+ years of proven business analysis experience in Asset Management or related industry.
* Strong knowledge of equity trade flows front to back
* Experience implementing investment related systems such as an order management system, or a regulatory/compliance system.
* Able to lead requirements elicitation workshops, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc.
* Experience writing specifications, e.g., business requirements, functional requirements, etc. that are clear, concise and well organized.
* Experience writing and executing test plans.
* Must be comfortable working directly with the Trading or Compliance users to address production issues and complete project related work.
* Experience with SQL and/or navigating databases via query tool is required
