Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Position could be extended to a year.
Job Description:
IT Project Coordinator will assist the Test Manager with the coordination of test activities for the Tapestry AP project.
Activities include mostly administrative project functions like on-boarding resources, assisting with project reporting, meeting planning and facilitation and creating status updates.
Essential Functions:
- Assists Test Manager with project activities
- Prepares presentations for Test Support Services group
- May participate in meetings at the Program level
- Assists leads with acquiring testing resources for projects, including onshore and offshore contractors
- On-boarding for HPTS new hires
- Provide training on HPTS standards for new hires
- Ensure implementation of the established methodologies, processes, standards and tools within the context of the appropriate project delivery process
- Show testing status and statistics and interpret what the data is showing - raise issues early, define risks, all based on progress
- Create ad-hoc reports, status', dashboards as required
- Ensure adherence to Company standards
Required Experience:
- Excel guru-advanced skills
- 2+ years of Project Coordination experience
- Understanding of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Health Care Industry
- Experience in database management
- Experience coordinating large testing projects spanning multiple applications and teams
- BA/BS degree required
- Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills
- Proven oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines
- Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization
- Ability to build team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
