As a member of the IMG Service Transition and Operations team you will be responsible for coordinating critical system maintenance which will include large complex application and infrastructure coordination and scheduling work across client's IT Organization. This will include supporting development and maintenance of project plans, coordinating and planning maintenance activities, creating metrics, reporting to senior leadership, and updating budget and reporting metrics. Excellent verbal and written skills are a must, as well as having the ability to effectively communicate with customers and the technical teams in terms of understanding what's required to support the maintenance efforts.
Minimum number of years of experience required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management.

Review needed maintenance/error reports
Contact customers and Schedule remediation activities
Open CRQ's/Workorders in Remedy
coordinate change requests as scheduled.

Project planning, budgeting, forecasting and status reporting.

Excellent task scheduling skills.
Excellent customer service experience working in a team environment.
Proven expertise in using the following:
o MS Project
o MC Excel
o MS Access

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a must.
Desired skills
Understand or have worked with Microsoft or IBM patch management
Experience with server OS configuration changes, hardware maintenance and/or software upgrades
Experience with various server technology OS versions
Experience with Remedy Change management procedures
Compliance background preferred, but not required.

The desired candidate will have a strong project management or maintenance coordination background and will work well in a team environment. Be able to perform various project related tasks, such as: Organizing meetings, maintaining project plans, budgets and status report
