I am looking for an MI Strategy Manager within Mortgage Collections and arrears for a building Society in West Yorkshire
Key Objectives:
- To get hold of the current MI and analysis reporting to ensure it is focused in the right areas and delivering the right outputs.
- To review the existing structure and objectives of the team. To recommend to me what the structure of the team should be considering the TOM and what our arrears contact strategies should be using the insight we have to inform this and working with the Credit Risk team.
