Hyphen are exclusively recruiting for a Service Assurance Assistant required to work as part of a service management team for a large banking organisation based in Halifax, Yorkshire.
Analytical skills are key, as well as driving others to deliver and meeting contractual obligations. The role will involve the occasional travel to an Edinburgh and London site, therefore candidates can be based in those locations with travel to each of the alternative sites.
The role is long term due to the life of the contract with the divested areas.
Responsibilities
*Supporting the Service Assurance Senior Manager and Service Management Team in aligning with the contractual obligations.
*Supporting the Senior Assurance Manager in ensuring contractual service compliance through effective oversight, governance and reporting including executive reporting regarding any non-compliance or service provider performance risk.
*Assist Senior Assurance Manager in maintaining day to day operational relationships.
*Support all divestment IT audit related deliverables including FCA skilled person (s166) requirements from a service provider perspective with facts and figures as appropriate.
*Assist Senior Assurance Manager in Co-ordinating and driving through to conclusion all contract change notes/requests.
*Monitor and drive improvements across the divestment team to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of all divestment IT contract outcomes.
*Support wider Divestment service management community regarding on call requirements.
