Second line Technical Support Agent
12 month Contract
Dublin
An experienced second line Support Engineer is required for a 12 month contract with a large multinational client in Dublin.
Minimum requirement for this role is 2-3 years' experience supporting Microsoft Client Server Environments.
You will be responsible for the configuration, management and support of software on card-based devices for this organisation. Assisting development staff in all aspects of QA, including test planning, Scripting, execution, defect management and reporting
Key Requirements
* Good analytical & organisation skills
* Above average inter-personal skills with experience of dealing with both developers and business end users.
* Adaptable and the ability to learn quickly
* Ideally, broad knowledge of ATM type devices
* Ideally, knowledge and background in testing with exposure to test simulators
