We are looking for a
Finance Assistant (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Receive and record all incoming invoices and allocate them to the correct cost type and cost centre
  • Ensure that invoices match goods and services received and, where appropriate, order information
  • Ensure physical control of the whereabouts of all invoice documentation
  • In cases where there is no match between the invoice, goods received and/or the order documentation, advise the cost centre on solutions to the problems, and, having ensured that they have been resolved, arrange for the appropriate cost authorisation
  • Filing and organisation of team events, electronic archiving, travel arrangements and ad-hoc requests
  • Correspondence (meeting minutes, letters, etc.)
  • Act as back up for other administrative tasks in the unit


Your qualifications
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent administrative experience
  • Quality and detail orientated; reliable and accurate
  • Proficient using MS Office packages - Word, Excel and Outlook, knowledgeable about ERP systems that are relevant for the business area's work
  • Good communication skills (oral/verbal), discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and German
