CRM Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics)

The CRM Business Analyst role will provide leadership and expertise to help drive business benefits from the adoption of the information and global Customer Relationship Management capability available to business units. They will work with the businesses to understand and utilize the solutions for their information needs, help them understand the capabilities of the system and train them to be able to get the best outcomes from proper use of the system and work with the Business Solution Architect to further enhance the capability of the system to meet the businesses need for timely and appropriate system utilization during each site deployment as well as post go live.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Business Solution Architect, support deployment activities & post go live environments; implement and manage CRM strategy for newly established Global ERP system utilizing Microsoft Dynamics & Oracle E-business R12 integrated platform
  • Create and maintain a common business process design & architecture across company sites, with integration to support the core design
  • Examine the CRM needs of the client sites globally to develop relevant systematic practices and procedures across all sites
  • Train business users during deployment activities and work with the end users to implement best practice CRM practices.
  •  Drive and collaborate with business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
  • Where appropriate, assess end user reports for divisional and executive management and define requirements
  • Support the functional working councils to educate and define global CRM practices
  • Define and execute test scenarios within a global environment with focus on integration with CRM functionality across operations
  • Define end user reporting requirements for ad hoc reports or custom reports creation
  • Manage and develop process mapping for all CRM areas using techniques & tools
  • Write, review & update implementation documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Global Implementation experience with CRM Applications, including CRM software such as MS Dynamics, Oracle Siebel/EBS, Salesforce, etc.
  • Clear understanding of Customer Relationship Management and integration with Oracle EBS Installed Base, Quality & Depot Repair applications and be able to explain how business events in the CRM integrate throughout the installation. 
  • Clear understanding of the configuration and how it operates in a global enterprise  in all areas
  • Degree in Business or Computer Science 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to travel to all sites 60%, where required. 
  • Position is based in Lowell, MA.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a global manufacturing team or DoD environment
  • User training delivery.
  • Automated training tools experience with content and reviewing.
  • Familiarity with UK/EU/US Localisations
  • Functional understanding for reporting and business requirements gathering for end user requirements
  • Working in a Shared IT Services model
