Customer Service Executive (Admin/Data Input)
West Yorkshire (Bradford, Cleckheaton, Huddersfield)
C£12k - £16k pa
My client is looking for a Customer Service Executive. If you have an understanding of some languages (ideally Russian/Slovak or Czech) that would be an advantage but is not absolutely essential.
Function of role:
Data input (right first time)
Client interaction with regards to timings and deliveries
Project ownership, briefing, upkeep of project records.
liaising with studio with regards to project updates and details
Skills required:
Ability to interpret information accurately be it from verbal or documented information
Computer literate.... email, excel, word, web interface
Graphical/printed related background.
Understand the pressures with a view to adapting to long flexible hours
Confident attitude without being aggressive
Excellent project management skills
