Real Staffing is looking for a skilled Validation Manager to join an innovative Biotechnology Company in San Jose CA.Role: As a Validation Manager, you will oversee a team two Validation Engineers and 1 Software Quality Engineer to make sure all validation processes are meeting industry standards. You will work with operations and project engineering teams to meet deadlines, write documentation for equipment validation, interface with customer, and oversee all product release processes.
Requirements:
Minimum BS degree
Minimum 10 years of Industry Experience
Minimum 2 years in Management position
Hands on experience with equipment validation, both Hardware & Software
Hands on experience with Automation validations
Knowledge of Computer Control Systems
Thorough understand of manufacturing & operations processes
Ability to make executive level decisions for the department and help move projects forward
10% international travel
