Description
A major hospital in Southern California is looking to hire a project manager/business analyst. This person would be responsible for coordinating parts of the project along with doing some analysis, testing, and training. It is important that this person have previous project management experience because the will be expected to jump right in and hit the ground running. This project manager will be expected to oversee one or more medium sized, complex projects and is expected to execute them until completion.Qualifications:
*Previous project management experience
*Understanding of and confidence using KRONOS
*Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
*Strong analytical and resource utilization skills
*Experience with clinical staffing preferred
*PMP certified a plus
*Meticulous budgeting and forecasting skills
*Strong written and oral communication skills
This position is for a 6-12 month contract.
