Description
We are currently seeking ambitious,motivated, and creative individuals for a full-time positions to support and develop Revenue, JVA applications and Land, Tax applications for our 500 fortune Oil and Gas client located in California.1- The Ideal Revenue, JVA candidate must have knowledge with P2Revenue, Regulatory Reporting, JVA, Land applications and their business processes. Experienced with Oracle Financials, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SQL, and PLSQL. Also familiar with the following technologies such as: XML, TOAD, STAT, and Spotfire
2- The Ideal Land, Tax application support candidate must be experienced with Quorum Land System and Power Plan. Also familiar with Oracle database, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports SQL, PLSQL, MS SQL Server, Business Objects and Crystal Reports.
Job Duties:
- Provide Tier 1 Support for P2, or Land and Tax Applications.
- Design and develop application customizations, reports and interfaces with external systems.
- Collaborate with business users and team members to identify opportunities for future enhancement.
- Be responsible for data mining and loading, testing and documentation, software implementation, upgrades, and interfaces.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- A basic understanding of division order for oil and gas leases is an added plus
- Fundamental knowledge of revenue accounting
- Familiarity with SOX audit and internal control compliance is desired
