Marketing Analyst - 3 Months - East Mids* Provide timely and effective data analysis, commentary and recommendations to enable the Marketing team to evaluate their Customer contact plans
* Maximize return on Marketing spend through meaningful analysis, commentary and recommendations.
* Gain business advantage through exploitation of this insight
* Analyse data on the customer base from a multi-channel perspective utilising both online and offline data sources
* You will have experience of dealing and presenting to stakeholders and be able to provide examples of driving change in a business utilising insights and data. The company is a fast paced environment with a team oriented culture, therefore someone who can fit into this dynamic is crucial.
* Manage analysis and insight provision with external partners
Skills, Knowledge and experience required
* experience of working in Marketing or Business analytics roles
* Proven hands-on experience in analysis and reporting
* Strong Analytical and interpretative capabilities required. The ability to look at issues in a logical and objective manner and identify key causes and potential solutions quickly.
* Demonstrate the ability and confidence to communicate with colleagues across the business and to suppliers/external parties.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel is a prerequisite.
* Exposure to SAS analysis tool or similar is required
