Role: Virtualisation Engineer

Location: Dublin City Centre

Type: Daily Rate Contract

Length of contract: 9 months with high possibility of extension

A great new career opportunity has become available for an Infrastructure Engineer with good server and Virtualisation experience (VMWare or vSphere) to join this hugely successful market leader as a key member of their Infrastructure team during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the stability, integrity and operation of the in-house systems
- Monitoring, maintaining and supporting all networked systems
- Deployment of new applications and enhancements
- Proposing and creating system design models
- Fully utilising your Virtualisation skills (e.g VMWare, vSphere, etc) to support multi-sites
- SQL experience a bonus
To be considered as the new Infrastructure Engineer - Virtualisation / VMWare you will need experience with:
- Virtualisation (including building / supporting VMWare or vSphere environments)
- Good all-round networking / infrastructure support environments including strong server skills
- Proven experience / interest in design, development and implementation of systems
- Excellent team player with good communication skills

In this exciting period of growth there is great potential for contract extensions and new projects.

This is an immediate requirement. All applicants must be available to start in three weeks.
