Description
A leading healthcare provider needs an innovative project manager to deliver large, complex projects that will be used within the company's IT program. This manager will be responsible for creating processes and tools to initiate, track and measure project results. The understanding of PMO processes is important for functional business delivery approaches within this position.Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in a related field; equivalent experience can be considered in lieu of degree
*Previous healthcare experience
*CAPM certification a plus
*Knowledge in external and internal project management forums
*Understanding of IT and business management projects and methods
*Proficient performance ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project
*Had an understanding of Borland, Ariba, Congos, and Remedy
This position is for an 8 month contract with the option to extend. This position is located in Oakland, CA and pays $70-$115 depending on experience.
