We are looking for a data management expert who can partner with Marketing managers to support the successful execution of marketing Demand Generation programs. If you are an analytic-driven, insight focused individual with a proven history of supporting list management and data quality processes for a B2B marketing organization, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidate will excel in team environments.

Primary job responsibilities:
  • Support Marketing Demand Specialists and Operations Managers to enable tracking/reporting of marketing activity via a marketing automation platform.
  • Utilize Eloqua and SalesForce.com to upload sourced lists, capture newly acquired contacts, grow the marketable database, and improve segmentation and targeting of audiences.
  • Provide summary reports on contacts and campaigns as needed
  • Manage list request processes and best practices, and create and maintain high quality lists and data filters to support for innovative programs execution.
  • Establish and maintain effective/collaborative working relationships
SKILLS:

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Database Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Eloqua (E9-10), Marketo or other SaaS Marketing Automation tools. CRM experience, especially SFDC, is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of database marketing KPIs, data hygiene processes, data mapping, and best practices
  • Eloqua/SalesForce certification desirable
  • Highly advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
  • Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts with a non-technical audience and present ideas effectively in a group environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ambition and capacity to quickly learn new business processes
  • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Excellent planning, time management, decision making and organization skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously. Should be able to work independently and be self-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and ability to foster/maintain relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and solving
