Description
Progressive Global energy has been tasked with finding a qualified candidate for new a Engineering Manager position. The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the Production Equipment (PEQ) Project Engineering team. This team is responsible for the production of various separation units, scrubbers, dehydrators, treating & conditioning units, and filtration units.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and collaborating with Product Line Manufacturing teams, stressing the "project team" alignment
- Analyzing complex operational requirements, standards, customer specifications, and other documentation
- Prepare and/or approve reports and presentations
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- 15+ years of related experience with a strong background in manufacturing
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in related management roles
- Ability to lead by example
