Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Medical Staffing Officer to join an Acute Trust in Kent.You will need to provide a Medical Staffing and advisory service to doctors and ensure that Medical Staff within the trust has the department's complete support.
Previous experience working on a Trust's Junior Doctor Rotation is a must.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working for an Acute Trust
- Strong knowledge of relevant staff terms and conditions, employment law, legislation/directives and working time regulations
- Must have specifically worked on a Trust's Junior Doctor Rotation
- Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in relation to rota/staffing patterns to ensure effective staffing levels and ensure staff have knowledge of EWTD
- Co-ordination of all aspects of the recruitment process
- Liaising with all senior levels on a regular basis to ensure all relevant strategic direction is in place
The role is initially a 3 month contract with huge potential of extension and is paying a professional day rate of Circa £170+ DOE.
