Multi Channel Project Manager - Retail - West London - £70,000I am working with a key retail client on a business critical position for a Multi Channel Project Manager to sit within their Business Change function.
The Project Manager will lead some exciting change projects. Some of the projects being delivered will change their UK business beyond recognition, and you will get the chance to work with some of the most cutting edge technology within Omni-Channel.
You will need experience around certain areas including eCommerce, Online, Mobile, Direct, Telesales and in-store retail change.
You will look at the organisational impact across the commercial and business areas, including marketing.
Essentials for this role include -
- -Business Change experience
- -eCommerce/Retail experience
- -Business Transformation in a Retail/Telco environment
- -Management of projects up to £10million
- Project Management Qualification
You will need to be used to dealing with strong personalities and use your influencing skills to push back when required in order to help the business make the right decisions when delivering the various projects.
Senior stakeholder management is a key part of this role.

It is a very commercial role, so experience in a consultancy, or in a role as an internal consultant is a big advantage.
