You will be instrumental in planning activities and will provide strategic advice relating to information technologies required to support a range of regional ICT related programs
Your key duties are:
Contributing information technology expertise into the development and review of ICT blueprints, project mandates, business cases and relevant ICT planning documents.
- Guiding ICT Program and Project deliverables by working closely with stakeholders to analyse their requirements, ensuring common needs are collated
- Liaising with ICT partners to ensure that ICT requirements are understood and that ICT deliverables are of the highest standard
- Developing plans and recommend interventions as required to ensure that the client is able to derive maximum value from the new systems investment
- Ensuring ICT Program plans and deliverables comply with relevant policies, strategies, architecture frameworks and technology standards
Your success will be determined by your:
Demonstrated experience in implementing and/or providing strategic advice information technologies in a large, geographically dispersed organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge of health informatics and health information technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, efficiently manage time and deliver high quality technical documentation.
- High level leadership, conceptualisation, problem solving and analytical skills.
- High level written and oral communication skills for use in a complex technical environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
