The Financial Planning Analyst must have experience working in Real Estate and/or Facilities.
- The position will support the development of Operating budgets.
- Support the reporting actual vs. plan operating budget.
- Support cross business liquidation processes.
- Assist with the tracking of Capital Investment and Depreciation processes.
- Manage the Project Status reporting actual vs. plan.
- Support auditing processes and development of global processes for the team.
- Record-to-Report (R2R) encompassing financial accounting and reporting.
- Work with the Tax team to ensure property tax managed.
- Provide analytical support for the Global contract consolidation projects.
Essential
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred. A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries as well as public accounting is preferred.
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
