Group HR Operations Change & People Readiness Lead- Telco/Mobile

I am currently looking for a Group HR Operations Change & People Readiness Lead to work for the world's second-largest multinational mobile telecommunications company operating in over 65 countries with revenues in excess of £46.4 billion, employing over 86,000 employees.

Group HR Operations Change & People Readiness Lead- Telco/Mobile

You will be responsible for the Overall Group HR Operations Change and People Readiness Plan.  To understand, own and drive the design and delivery of change, communication, training and people readiness plans for all global projects across Group HR Operations within multiple countries.

Key accountabilities

  • Working with all of the project leads to ensure that the change, comms and training approach is aligned with the HR Operations Programme outcomes and between projects
  • Assessing the change impact and people readiness, developing change actions, communication and training plans and providing status updates to the programme/project managers
  • Championing an integrated approach to change for all dimensions (process, people, culture and technology) to ensure focus is maintained on the transformational agenda
  • Managing the programme stakeholder engagement process and working with key programme stakeholders to ensure sponsorship and leadership engagement and supporting work stream stakeholder engagement
  • Managing the change, comms, training and people readiness (comms, organisation, training and culture) including ensuring that my clients polices and approaches adhered to across all projects

Skills and experience

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Change management and people readiness skills and methodologies
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to manage conflicting opinions and reach a resolution
  • Experience of significant transformation activity and use of communications to help achieve outcomes
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders and support senior project members in stakeholder engagement activity
  • Highly effective communication and marketing skills to sell' the programme vision at all levels
