OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
Duration: 5-month contract (W2); possible extension

Client: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Standard Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Dress Code: Business attire; Fridays are business casual
Team Size: 11
Interview: Face-to-face with director and manager
Purpose:
- Provider project support and coordination for provider enrollment activities, including coordination with departments outside of Revenue Cycle, such as TPMG HR, HR Compliance, providers and provider supervisors, outside contracted provider enrollment agency, etc.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Track provider enrollment process/activities
- Regular communication with stakeholders and other constituents, including enrollment vendor
- Maintain confidentiality of data, especially provider data
- Comparison/analysis/cross-validation of provider data for accuracy
- Copy/fax/receiving/mailing/shipping provider application packets between company and enrollment vendor
Required Skills (Must Have):
- High School Diploma/GED (BA/BS preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' administrative and operational support within a specific functional level with increasing scope and discretion
- Minimum 2 years' functional analytical experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel to compile and create moderately complex spreadsheets and reports
- Intermediate-to-advanced MS Office skills (Word, MS Project, and or/PowerPoint) to create moderately complex presentation materials with graphs, illustrations, etc.; proofreads content for accuracy and company's established formatting
- Project coordinator and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to acquire and use advanced knowledge of company and its customers
