IT Problem Manager, Telecoms.

A large telecoms company in Brussels, Belgium are searching for a Problem manager to reduce the impact of major incidents in a major IT transformation project.

The Problem manager will join a team responsible for ensuring that the application portfolio is less vulnerable to incidents. As the Problem manager you will co-ordinate problem management activities after incidents, this includes working with engineering and operational teams to analyse incidents and identify the structural solutions to avoid repetition of the incident. The successful candidate will also be responsible to discuss, define and agree with application and technology teams disaster recovery designs and prepare live disaster recovery tests.

Essential skills:

- Experience working as a Problem manager in an IT environment

- Experience working with engineering and operational teams

- Ability to discus, define and agree disaster recovery designs
