Senior Compliance Professional within a Top-Tier London based Investment Manager - Senior position, 6+ years experience.
The role will coordinate and PMO the project bringing internal groups together - Business Unit/Legal/Other Stakeholders/Etc.
My client requires a candidate to:
Coordinate sales realignment project for EMEA - including advising on local and UK regulations related to permitted activities and establishing a compliance framework.
Establish an AIFMD compliance framework/governance structure for EU and non EU domiciled funds that are being managed out of, or marketed in, the EU.
Assist as necessary with other compliance matters relating to UCITS and non UCITS funds.
