User Interface Developer Cork Contract.
My client is in urgent need of a talented and experienced UI (User interface developer) to join them down in Cork on a contract for 6 months (contract are likely to extend 2 to 3 times)
My client is seeking an experienced Senior User Interface developer for a contract position at their development office in Cork. This will be a technically challenging but highly rewarding position for the right candidate, working on an enterprise E-commerce application for a major US client. The role will require constant interaction with other developers in the team and project management to develop and maintain a robust, scalable, and performant system. The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience implementing high traffic web applications with highly dynamic user interfaces.
Successful candidates will have 3 years of commercial experience implementing high traffic web applications with dynamic UI. You will have experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery and other You will have also implemented Front End components optimized for speed and cross-browser compatibility.
Successful candidate will have knowledge of modern JavaScript programming patterns, such as client-side MVC, dynamic resource loading, JSONP, event-driven programming, etc.
You will have experience converting visual designs to HTML, with an acute eye for detail and design fidelity; This will include Experience of JavaScript and CSS frameworks, such as YUI, CSS Grid (960, 1140), jQuery Mobile, RequireJS, Event.js, Node.js, Knockout.js, Modernizr, Angular.js and LESS would be beneficial but not essential.
