SENIOR CLAIMS HANDLER/PERSONAL INJURY/TECHNICAL - TEMP 9M - £25K+
A corporate player within the Financial Services market is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Personal Injury claims handler to join their Technical department. They offer an honest and supportive working environment with an attractive package, including £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary pro-rata, (dependant on experience). The successful candidate will have the pleasure of working within an exciting, fast-paced office in the heart of Wellingborough which offers its employees a professional workplace with traditional values.
Based within the Midland Technical Claims Department, you will be a key member of the claims handling team responsible for:
- Handling complex personal injury claims.
- Assist with the control of the departments £150K cases.
- Resolving enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Providing first class customer service.
- Providing advice on the claims processes.
- Payment processing and recovery from third parties.
- Advise on the planning and development of skills training.
- Train, coach and mentor team members and provide technical support to Regional Management.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience within claims - specifically detailed experience in Personal Injury, customer service, excellent written and telephone based communication skills, and the ambition and drive to meet often challenging deadlines. Ideally, candidates will be ACII qualified however this is not essential.
Candidates should note that you will need to meet the qualification policy which is a minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above, including Maths and English. You must also have the certificates as proof of qualification.
