Salesforce.com Administrator - $50-65 per hour
this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Global Salesforce.com End User! My client, is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator to join their team based in either their New Jersey office. This is a great chance to join an established organization that is heavily vested in Salesforce.com and offering fantastic career progression.
This position also requires a candidate with a great background in analytics so excel skills is highly advantageous as this is a high level sales team.
The key responsibilities in this position -
* Supporting and coaching over 300 Salesforce users across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
* Salesforce training and awareness across the EMEA geography
* Testing and launching new Salesforce functionality
* Preparing Salesforce reports and dashboards
* Working on strategies to build the profile of Salesforce within the geography
* Identifying substandard entries and working with users to rectify, striving to continually improve the process
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be ADM201 certified (or working towards) and have excellent soft skills to train and assist users.
In addition, the following skills would be preferred:
* Experience on the SFDC platform
* Experience within Salesforce.com Administration
* Experience of managing SFDC users
* Experience of running training workshops
* Knowledge of dashboards and reporting
