QA/Test Engineer/Cork, Republic of Ireland
Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic 6 month contract opportunity for a Test and Support Engineer/ QA Tester to work with our insurance client in the beautiful city of Cork, Ireland.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- 3+ cumulative years of Software Test experience.
- Strong testing background expected with experience writing test plans and test procedures.
- Experience with Test Automation Tools, Visual Studio Team System (Test Edition), Selenium (WebDriver) or similar tools.
- Experience in the use of Defect Tracking tools like Microsoft TFS.
- Experience testing browser applications preferred
Skills/Qualifications Desirable:
- Be competent in the use of test automation tools to maximise productivity during the regression testing and smoke testing phases of the project.
- Experience of structured testing methods and techniques.
- Working knowledge of SQL and .Net and/or Java advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as in an Agile Development team environment.
Rate: up to euro 240pd negotiable.
Location: The beautiful city of Cork in southern Ireland, easily accessible by public transport.
Duration: 6 months, with a high chance of extension.
