Job Title: Service Delivery Consultant- HP Service ManagerLocation: Multiple Locations:

Job Description of the Service Delivery Consultant-HP SM (Unix Shell, Oracle, SQL, OVSC and/or HPSM / HPAM):
The Level 2 Back-office application support would include but are not limited to receive and troubleshoot Tool related problems escalated by front office team; Coordinate Service Restoration to meet the Service Levels; Perform health checks; Accept New Releases from Global Packaging team; Implement Patches; Address back-end related issues with servers; provide on-call support through rotational pager. Back office is more System facing. Dealing with the application and is responsible for keeping it up and running the way it should.
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of Service Management (HPSM) application, Strong knowledge of Scripting - Unix Shell,
& Windows scripting,- Good understanding of Interfaces architecture with OVSC and/or HPSM / HPAM, Oracle/SQL
