Senior HR Business Partner
My large corporate client is seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join their team to work as an integral member of the international business leadership team to contribute and influence the development of the business strategy from a people management perspective.
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner will plan and meet the human resource needs of the global business in order to improve business performance.
Skills and Experience required of the Senior HR Business Partner are as follows:
- Previous and evident Senior Human Resource Business Partner experience
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Knowledge and experience of implementing best practise HR solutions
- Experience of coaching and influencing senior business leaders
- CIPD or PIPM certified
- Must have international consultancy leadership experience coupled with talent acquisition, succession planning workforce training ad planning and change management.
