A freelance Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to work on a really exciting new product launch at this global agency. Email/CRM focus with press, outdoor and broader digital channels. It's a new product launch and the project is evolving all the time, so the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager will need to be comfortable thinking on their feet. As well as the usual account handling skills, as AM/SAM you'll also need to be familiar with the principles of social metrics, segmentation and CRM/loyalty.
