Senior IT Solution Analyst - ITSM, BMC Remedy
Senior IT Solution Analyst with ITSM and BMC Remedy experience required by leading global retail company to take lead in IT requirement management and secure that the business requirements are translated into sustainable and deliverable IT solutions following agreed architecture and design.
Responsibilities include:
- IT Requriement engineering within ITBasics
- Identify IT (detailed functional and non-functional) requirements on an IT Solution and secure that the IT solution design can fulfil the agreed business requirements.
- Challenge expectations and show risks and possibilities and work proactively to create cost efficient solutions.
- Be involved in producing the IT solution documentation together with suppliers.
- Verify that the delivered solution from suppliers meets our clients requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in ITSM tools.
- IT Requriment engineering
- ITSM Tools
- BMC Remedy ITSM
