One of our prestigious clients is currently seeking a Software Architect to join their company on a permanent basis.The main responsibilities and tasks are:
Collaborating with other software architects, product managers and requirements engineers to create solutions for the business.
Defining the software architecture to fulfill the selected solution, identifying the required implementation strategy.
Decomposing and partitioning critical requirements to the software architecture meet the required functionality and performance.
Communicate the architecture to the development teams; specify and direct the development of software needed.
Pick-up and drive technical issues, identify and mitigate technical risks; initiate feasibility studies where required.
Directing, reviewing and agreeing software designs ensuring software engineering good practices.

The ideal candidate would have the following technical experience:
At-least 2 years recent experience as a practicing software architect
Experience of delivering products using application frameworks on both enterprise and embedded software platforms.
Extensive knowledge in the development and delivery of systems using C and C#.
Thorough understanding of the complete software development process, including software estimation.
Experience of working with multi-site development teams (internal, contract and off-shore)
