Success Factors Trainer- North East London - 3-4 Month ContractMy client are looking to recruit a trainer who is skilled and experienced in the use of 'Success Factors Align & Perform' (Performance management & Goals) as they are introducing a number of system enhancements later this year. These enhancements will have an impact on the company's current business processes that will need to be effectively transitioned into business as usual (BAU).
The key enhancements are:
*Introduction of Success Factors Recruitment, Performance and Goals Modules
*Enhancements to ESS, MSS and HCM
*JOB PURPOSE
To design, develop and deliver training to impacted users across the company. A blended training approach using a combination of e-learning and class room based training will be adopted.
